100% pinot noir. Made from the saignee process where the pinot noir is macerated on its skins to obtain color and flavor. The pinot comes from ten different grand cru vineyards. This bottling shows a pure expression of fruit at the core of the bouquet with beautiful aromas of sweet red fruits. This fresh bottling highlights tightly wound cherry and strawberry that are of medium weight, with the palate ending in a soft, concentrated finish. This consistently top notch rose is captured in a unique reproduction of a 17th century bottle.

Well-melded nose. Some age and development on the palate. Character and depth, and a bit of astringency on the finish.

Bright orange-pink. Powerful aromas of raspberry, rhubarb, fresh flowers and Asian spices, with a toasty element in the background. Intense red fruit flavors are braced by tangy acidity and pick up notes of anise and toasty lees with air. Bright and racy on the finish, which shows excellent clarity and persistence.

With its light, coppery pink color and candied scents, this is a gentle, pleasantly sweet rosé. It offers something more in the finish, where a slightly gamey, earthy intensity persists in a quiet way. For boudin blanc.

Delicate and subtly textured, with sweet cherry, ripe plum and raspberry fruit notes that are balanced by ending with a light smoky finish. Drink now. -AN
