Last Tasted 6/94 This is still an amazingly youthful, impressively endowed, dark purple-colored wine with its huge, intense bouquet of cassis now sprinkled with aromas of coffee, chocolate, and herbs. Full-bodied, with highly extracted, viscous flavors that exhibit great ripeness (but not over-ripeness), this immense, full throttle Cabernet Sauvignon needs another 3-5 years of cellaring. It will easily last for another 25-30 years!
