The gorgeous, saturated ruby/purple-colored 1997 Cabernet Sauvignon (2,800 cases) is a blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Cabernet Franc. It offers sweet, jammy, black currant, mineral, spice box, and tobacco aromas, full-bodied flavors, a layered mid-palate, and gobs of ripe tannin in the lengthy finish.
