Medium golden color. Absolutely ethereal aromatic profile. Overflowing with wild-flowers, anise and golden nuances of the most exotic, hedonistic and virtually indescribable, the aromatics alone will stop the taster in their tracks. It's all there: minerals, wild mushrooms, truffle, baker's yeast... The palate remains thick, full-bodied, mouth-coating, sweet and exotic. This is the singular wine for lobster; other-worldly. Over the course of the 2 hour tasting, this unfolded and never faded. A singular effort worth every effort to secure. Striking.
