This smells like a fruit bowl. Is it Nebbiolo or Pinot Noir from Côte de Nuits? Fabulous. Full-bodied, with soft, refined tannins and a generous palate of ultrarich yet refined fruit. You could drink it now but it will reward those who are patient. From the 25-acre Arborina vineyard in Annunziata. Best after 2009. 550 cases made.
