Aromas of soft citrus fruits, hazelnut and oak char. Broad and ripe but bright, with concentrated soft citrus, pear and lime skin flavors and subtle oakiness. Already offers lovely sweetness but this is still tightly wound and firmly minerally and juicy on the back end.

Incredibly intense, it explodes with lime, green apple, honey and subtle tropical flavors that kick and twist around in the mouth, delivering a powerful and pure combination of fruit, much like great sorbet refreshes the palate.
