Good deep red. Idiosyncratic aromas of black raspberry, strawberry jam, licorice, mint, eucalyptus, bay leaf and resiny oak. Sweet on entry, then a bit exotic in the middle palate, featuring flavors of bitter cherry, mocha, underbrush, eucalyptus and fresh bay leaf. Nicely integrated acidity keeps this rather fat pinot noir fresh.
