Firm in texture, with a distinct minty note running through the rich berry and currant fruit flavors, hinting at sage as it persists nicely on the chewy finish. Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Best from 2007 through 2012. 628 cases made. –HS
