Dark purple core with notes of violet on the rim. Dense and inky on the nose, with hints of tar under black fruits, thick plum, and cassis. Toasty vanilla aromas linger. Outstanding on the palate. Juicy and full without ever getting too intense. Rich, mouth filling flavors of blackberry, vanilla, plum and cassis are accented by white and black pepper through the long, lingering finish.
