($104) Full medium red. Vibrant, enticing aromas of redcurrant, strawberry, minerals and peppery herbs. Sweet and densely packed, with a tangy quality to the pliant, silky red fruit and mineral flavors. This very seductive wine finishes with harmonious, ripe tannins.

About the Winery Girardin, Vincent
Domaine Vincent Girardin can trace its roots back to the 17th century.
It was originally located in Santenay in the Cote de Beaune, but in
2002 Girardin moved the winery to Meursault. He buys fruit from
old-vine parcels up and down the Cote de Nuits and Cote de Beaune.
Vincent Girardin has been hailed as the "golden boy" by Wine Spectator
and has produced some of the finest wines coming from Burgundy, which
has been noted vintage after vintage by wine critic Robert Parker.br
