Medium lemon yellow core with a clear rim. Rich aromas of warm ripe apricot, honey and yellow apple are backed by a touch of pear drop and lemon curd. Light on the front palate with crisp acidity. Stays delicate on the middle, with a nice touch of lemon, lime, and pear. A strong mineral undercurrent pushes through the finish, matched by a hint of toasty oak.
