We let it breath for about an hour before drinking. Wow. What a great wine. One of the best Pinot's I have honestly ever had. Powerful yet smooth. With wonderful fruity tannins and a beautiful nose of pepper and smoke. You could taste the plum and raspberry while drinking and completely get a sense of when and where the grapes were picked. Good wine. |
