Bright purple core with a violet and pink rim. Very spicy on the nose, predominantly anise, cola and birch beer, over dark blackberry jam and blueberry notes with a touch of black pepper. The cola and blackberries dominate the palate, but are accompanied by good acidity. Nicely balanced, with a touch of leather on the finish.
