The debut 2005 Pinot Noir (from Dijon Clones 115, 664, 828, and a small quantity of the Martini Clone) was scheduled to be bottled right after my visit. Its dark ruby color is accompanied by a sumptuous perfume of crushed rocks, spring flowers, blueberries, raspberries, plums, and spice. This medium to full-bodied, pure Pinot should age nicely for 7-8 years. Not yet released. Previously recommended: 2003 Merlot (92), 2003 Proprietary Red Wine (94). Tel.
