Clear and bright in the glass with a lemon yellow core. Very fragrant; bold honeysuckle florals with big lemon, lime and orange zest followed by a touch of sweet yellow pear. The acidity is bright yet balanced on the palate. The bold citrus continues, but is matched well by a smooth creamy pear note and a touch of vanilla on the finish.

Crisp, clean everyday white that primarily gives off melon, peach, and papaya aromas. There also traces of grapefruit on the palate. Small oaky finish that can be bitter. Overall a refreshing white that consistenly performs well for its price range. |

About the Winery Conundrum
Conundrum is owned by the Wagner family of
Caymus Vineyards, but stands on its own as a separate brand. Charlie
Wagner and Jon Bolta share responsibilities of the proprietary wine. In
2007 production expanded into a state-of-the art winery in Monterey
County close to the sources of the most grape varietals that make up
the wine.
The proportions vary each vintage, but is always made from the following five varieties: sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, muscat canelli, semillon and viognier.
