Dense ruby core with a medium / dark red rim. Crushed cherry and black currants followed by some nice 'Bordeaux terroir' on the nose. Crushed rocks, tobacco, and Asian spices. Complex and intriguing on the nose as well as the palate. Round mouth feel with chewy tannins and a knock-out finish. Totally Bordeaux and should prove to be an age worthy effort
