Ruby red in the glass with a clean, brilliant character. The nose shows sweet red fruit, caraway seed and notes of cedar. The palate is fresh with lively acidity and a nice balance of fruitiness, fine tannin and sweet spice. Medium bodied, this wine offers a lingering, textural finish. Overall, this is a precise and approachable wine, one that I'll look forward to tasting again in 5 years.

This is a sexy, soft, round wine with notes of sweet red and black fruits intermixed with hints of truffle, tobacco leaf, and spice. Medium to full-bodied with sweet fruit and a savory mouthfeel in an up-front, forward style, this wine needs 2-3 years of cellaring and should drink up to 15 years or more.
