Ripe and delicious in a rich, opulent style, with a mix of tropical fruit, pineapple, citrus and nectarine. Full-bodied and fresh, with lively, cleansing acidity. Drink now through 2011. –JL

"...Mer et Soleil (Sea and Sun) is located near Robert Talbott Vineyards, outside of the small town of Gonzales. Mer et Soleil's vineyards are planted to a number of grape varieties, including Pinot Blanc, Dolcetto, Roussanne, Marsanne and Viognier. Wagner wants to make a few thousand cases of wine a year and sell off the remaining grapes."
