72% cabernet, 15% malbec, 13% petit verdot. Opaque purple with a slim magenta rim. Mildly intense fresh herbs announce the bouquet and bring one's thoughts straight to youthful Bordeaux, as hints of currants are present but not quite obvious at this point. The palate is much more expressive showing medium weight and almost coating the entire palate. Pure black cherry fruit flavors are intense, and pristine and get a bit richer at the backpalate where sweeter fruit appears and tannins are subtle and slightly spicy. Drinkable now, in another 3-5 years this will be awesome.
