Intensely fruity and impressively powerful wine. Ripe wine with a mix of tree fruit, mineral and tropical fruit flavours together with a dash of citrus fruits. Bone-dry with a great mouth-feel and terrific balance. A very strong return to form after slipping back in recent years.

Fresh aromas of pea shoots and ripe melons with a whiff of lemon blossom. This delicious sauv blanc from Martinborough shows great texture, with lemon scented honeydew flavors flowing across the palate. Juicy and creamy, the acidity is understated, which provides a soft and supple finish that offers great texture. This is a superb value and the perfect anytime quaffer!

Bright pale yellow. Captivating aromas of lemon, grapefruit, orange, caraway seed and pink peppercorn. Rich, layered and fresh; broad, ripe and mouthfilling for sauvignon, with lovely concentration and chewiness to the flavors of pineapple, grapefruit and tropical fruits. Finishes aromatic and strong, with sneaky tactile persistence and none of the vegetal side of the variety.

About Winery

The history of Palliser Estate winery goes back decades. Palliser's first grapes were harvested in 1989. Today, the vineyard has spread across 85 hectares that produces predominantly Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc, as well as Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Riesling.
