70% Semillion, 30% Sauvignon Blanc, aged in 15% new oak, 30% one year old oak, and the remainder in stainless steel, planted to Gravel atop a mix of clay and limestone. A dark straw color with flecks of green - this is very clean and fresh on the nose with lots of floral and lemon zest. The pallet has a nice richness without being heavy - Fig, bees wax and floral are followed by tropical fruits of mango and pineapple. A very enjoyable white with a moderate amount of acid. Drink now

Still cloudy. Thick and mineral and attention grabbing with - most unusually - some richness and fat yet quite enough acid too. Very well put together. Long.

Delicious, elegant grapefruit and honeyed notes emerge from this blend of equal parts Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon.
