Deep red core with a bright Thalo red rim, very floral, with notes of red cherry fruit, rose petal, chalk, an array of spices and a hint of mint. This is so refined, with real substance. With its excellent length and complexity, there's an ethereal finesse to the mouthfeel. The medium-bodied texture dances across the palate, with impeccable balance and silky tannins. Drink tonight after a healthy decant or follow over the next dozen years. Should reach an early prime in 2-5 years, but it's thrilling already! Big winner.
