75% sauvignon blanc and 25% semillon aged for 9 months in new oak. The modern style of this white Bordeaux works quite well with this vintage. The new oak is fully integrated with the ripe, citrus fruit notes dominating the bouquet. Cool, refreshing key lime flavors are the center of this youthfully rich wine. Vanilla and caramel accents round off the wine on the finish. Overall, the wine is plush and mouthwatering and will only improve over the next 2-3 years.
