The 2009 Caillou is a little oaky on the nose at the moment, a little subdued due to necessary sulphur additions. However, the palate is well balanced, with a good attack on the entry with orange zest, apricot and white peach, good weight and tension with apricot lingering for 30 seconds after. -Neal Martin
