Pale straw color in the glass. Aromas of honey and beeswax mix with notes of tropical fruit and green apple with a touch of minerality. Focused and bright on the palate, the racy acidity mixes nicely with notes of honeydew and more green apple, while the classic Chablis crushed rock character keeps the wine bright through the lingering finish.

A classic nose of green fruit, citrus and mineral reduction merges into round, delicious and mineral-inflected flavors that possess fine detail and plenty of punch on the oyster shell-infused finish. I very much like the balance on the attractively dry and lingering finish. Lovely juice and worth a look.
