Good full red. Deeply pitched aromas of plum, redcurrant and earth. Fat, broad and sweet, with plummy fruit accented by spicy oak. Not quite as vibrant as the Sonoma Coast bottling. Finishes with substantial dusty tannins and a savory earthy quality. El Molino does not use commercial yeasts or add bacteria for the malolactic fermentation.
