Intense deep ruby with a violet rim. Elegantly perfumed, the nose offers plentiful intensity with a sachet of lavender and wild flower blossom transitioning to wild strawberry and black cherry accompanied by underlying notes of fresh earth and crushed limestone. Balanced and harmonious, the palate flavors are framed in a judicious amount of new oak. The fleshy entry of strawberry and cherry flavors expands with precison and energy to a clean and extremely satisfying finish. Serve with poultry, fowl, and rare steak.
