Medium lemon color. Pineapple and white pepper notes on the nose. The palate is fresh, with a delicate custard creaminess and a subtle butterscotch casing around the tropical fruit flavors. Finishing on a mineral note, the taut line of acidity carries through. Delicious now, this will continue to evolve over the next 3 years.
