Dense plum red at the core with a dark pink/red rim. Dense fruit-driven wine replete with aromas of wild blackberry, cherry, and anise. Dark, brooding fruit indicates its Russian River pedigree, with hints of well-integrated oak. The velvety texture coats the palate with sweet cherry fruit and soft tannins leading to a medium-long finish. A very high quality Pinot that is drinking exceptionally well now, but should also age well for 5+ years.
