A little lean, with blueberry and cherry character. Medium body, fine tannins.
Jeff Leve, TheWineCellarInsider.com, April 2011
Medium bodied, soft and light textured, the offers spicy red plums and feminine textures.

Tasted at the Syndicat de Pomerol. The Plince '10 is slightly deeper in colour than other Pomerol crus, the nose commensurately a little more opulent with ripe blackberry, raspberry, date and a touch of cherry. Quite modern in style but still well defined. The palate is medium-bodied with grainy tannins on the entry, fine depth, quite sensual in style but just lacking a little backbone towards the finish. Fine.

Plump and juicy, with a friendly core of plum and blackberry character. Dark spice and anise notes chime in on the fleshy finish, and this sports a little punch. Tasted non-blind. -J.M.
