Pale silvery green-yellow color. Grapefruit pith, honeydew, guava, pepper and wild herbs on the nose, along with a sauvignon-like grassy element. Juicy, minty and bright, with refreshing peppery lift to the very dry flavors of citrus fruit and fynbos; more restrained than this winery's sauvignon blanc. The racy finish shows very good cut. Try this with spicy, fruit-based grilled fish preparations and chutneys.
