Dark cherries, plums, new leather and licorice jump from the glass in this racy Cabernet Sauvignon. Freshly cut flowers and violets add complexity on the juicy, vinous finish. In 2010, the blend includes 15% Cabernet Franc, 4% Syrah and 2% Merlot. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2022. -Antonio Galloni
