Hazy appearance. More floral and expressive than the Referts, offering scents of pear, spices and hazelnut. Sweet, fresh and juicy; like chewing on a piece of ripe fruit. Not hugely complex but sappy and juicy, offering seductive sweetness. Finishes with good length and considerable early appeal.

About Winery

Jean-Marc Boillot farms a total of 11 hectares of vineyards with his two children, Benjamin and Lydie. A team of four help them in the vines and in the cellar.The parcels are spread across the communes of Beaune, Pommard, Volnay, Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet. Mr. Boillot created his own négociant business, marketing white wines, in 1989.
