50% semillon, 50% sauvignon blanc. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tank. A wonderful, naked expression of fruit and minerality. Dominated by the passion fruit, grapefruit, notes of orange rind, and mango flavors typical of sauvignon blanc. On the palate, this is crisp and citrus driven, followed with notes of fig. Vibrant, fresh and persistent acidity builds structure, and leads the way to a long clean finish. A real pleasure to drink now.
