The NV Brut Blanc de Blancs is a beautifully balanced, harmonious wine. There is just enough roundness and generosity to balance the focus of the Chardonnay in this accessible, harmonious Champagne. (L1107221010) Light gold. High-pitched aromas of fresh orchard fruits, honeysuckle and iodine, with a smoky overtone. Dry, spicy and vibrant, with very good depth and clarity to its spicy lemon and pear flavors. Toasty lees notes add depth to the long, smoke-accented finish. A nicely complex non-vintage Champagne that's balanced to age.
