Pale straw hue. Intriguing, delicate aromas of blanched Brazil nut and loquat rind balance the flor-driven fusel notes. Light to medium bodied, the palate is slightly drying initially on entry just before the bouquet's fruity and nutty character washes over the midpalate. The flor gains ground towards the finish, ending on the fresh, tangy brine notes of a Mediterranean coastal breeze. Due to its delicacy, enjoy this alone as an aperitif, or with a light appetizer of Marcona almonds.

Particularly tangy - smell that sea breeze! - from the Estevez group of which technical director is Eduardo Ojeda of the multi award-winning Equipo Navazos, bottlers of tiny quantities of hand-picked barrels of exceptional sherries.

This round white has texture and grip, with rich and focused flavors of apple, almond, green olive and brine. Offers plenty of fruit, but remains grounded thanks to the briny character. Expressive and balanced. Drink now.
