Orders on our Web site will only be accepted when the shipping address is in one of the following states:

If you live in a state where the direct shipment of wine is not permitted, we can ship your order to an alternative address in another state or have your wine shipped to a third-party storage facility in a direct shipping-friendly state. During the summer, we will store wine purchased from us at no cost in our temperature controlled facility. During the checkout process you will be asked if you would like us to hold onto your wines during the summer. We will contact you in the fall to ship your wines. It's that simple!

Please note: during the summer, our shipping insurance does not cover heat damage on ground, 2-day or overnight shipments. Items that are placed in summer storage will not be available or accessible until shipping occurs in the fall at which time we will be coordinating shipments according to your region and acceptable weather conditions. To help make shipping costs more efficient, any orders that are designated for summer storage and are made within 21 days will be combined and consolidated into 12 pack shippers.

Ground, 2Day, 3Day and Overnight Shipping

We ship via common carrier (Fedex, UPS) using a variety of shipping methods. Orders shipping ground, 2-day, 3-day or overnight service typically ship the same day if it is a business day and the order was placed prior to 3pm PST. During the summer or hotter periods, we do not ship ground or 3 day packages late in the week to avoid having your wine sit in a warehouse over the weekend. If you need special shipping arrangements, please call us.

Same Day Shipping Or Delivery On Orders Placed By 3pm PST

Orders placed by 3pm PST Monday through Friday will ship the same day (in-stock items only).  In addition, we offer same day delivery within the San Francisco Bay Area using local couriers to deliver the wine to you quickly and efficiently. This service is offered Monday through Friday at rates very competitive with overnight shipping. For all orders placed on weekends, holidays or after 3pm, they will arrive/ship the next business day unless otherwise specified in the item detail. An adult over 21 years old must be on hand to receive the wine.

Important Notes About Shipping

We ship via common carriers such as UPS and Fedex.
An adult, 21 year old signature is always required to receive your delivery.
Sameday service is offered to zipcodes in the San Francisco Bay Area Monday through Friday for orders placed before 3pm PST. Orders placed on weekends or after 3p will ship next business day.
During the cooler winter months, Ground shipments are shipped on Monday through Friday.
3 Day shipments are only shipped Monday and Tuesday.
2 Day shipments are only shipped Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Overnight shipments are only shipped Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Please allow 1 business day for customer pickups to be ready at our facility.
