This is one winery where the 1995 Cabernet Sauvignon out-classes the 1994. While the 1994 Cabernet Sauvignon Oakville Estate is certainly very good it is tightly-knit although some tobacco and cassis aromas do emerge from this deep ruby-colored wine. It is sweet and pure on the palate with medium body pleasing olive and black currant flavors and light to moderate tannin in the finish.
