(WA91-93 points) The 2012 Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Morgeot -Clos de la Chapelle- comes from the 2-hectare monopole that produced around 24 barrels. It has a lovely, sensual nose with apricots and cream emerging from the glass accompanied by hints of almond. The palate is well-balanced with a clean, fresh sprightly opening: citrus lemon, orange zest and apricot that feel harmonious and beautifully focused.
