I've encountered more than some bottle variation here ranging from stunning to disappointing. The best bottles are wonderfully spicy sweet and rich with still vibrant and punchy robust and powerful full-bodied flavors that offer both excellent complexity and a velvety finish that goes on and on. I've had this wine perhaps 10 times and my score below is indicative of the average bottle though the range is from 94 to 87.
