Extremely primary mostly red fruits with a trace of cassis and earth notes followed by full-bodied flavors underpinned by ripe tannins wrapped in sap and this is really quite concentrated and very intense. In particular the finish displays outstanding length and superb acid/fruit balance. With air this becomes beautifully perfumed indeed almost opulent quite pure and fine. To be sure this is still amply structured and a touch austere but not hard and it continues to display great potential.

Very rich sappy and deep with chewy extract and lovely vinosity. Possible to taste right now owing to its sheer harmoniousness. Juicy framing acidity gives clarity to the flavors. Finishes very long and strong with building but ripe tannins. This will benefit from eight to ten years of bottle aging but should be superb.
