The 1999 Clos Erasmus a blend of 65% Grenache 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Syrah aged in 100% new French oak was fashioned from yields of only one ton of fruit per acre. Its dark ruby/purple color is followed by an elegant perfume of pure sweet black raspberries currants creosote and minerals.
