A wine not to be missed is Araujo's 2003 Sauvignon Blanc. A fragrant exotic Sauvignon Blanc (two-thirds of the blend is the flamboyant clone of Sauvignon Blanc known as Musque) with 4% Viognier in the blend it offers up tropical fruit fig mineral and earth-like aromas. This elegant crisp medium-bodied fresh but intense white seduces the taster by its aromatics alone but the flavors hold up as well. Drink it over the next 1-2 years.
