Chimney Rock’s 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon reveals an evolved, fully mature bouquet of loamy soil, black currants, graphite and underbrush. The flavors are slightly fresher and more vibrant than the mature aromatics found in this medium to full-bodied, well-made, attractive, fleshy wine. With lots of glycerin, fruit and sweet tannin, it can be drunk now and over the next 7-10 years. - Robert Parker
