The 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon was aged in French oak. Purple-colored it offers up a superb nose of mineral pencil lead tar black currant and blackberry liqueur. Medium to full-bodied there are layers of sweet fruit complex flavors a velvety texture well-concealed tannins and outstanding depth and length.
