This is sumptuous puncheon-aged wine that is big on fruit complexity and deliciousness. This is not one for making old bones so drink it over the next 3-4 years.

Vibrant red berry and cherry aromas with suave Asian spice and mineral accents. This is almost pinot-like in its clarity and brightness and reminded me of a Dujac wine. Very spicy raspberry and strawberry flavors show a distinct peppery quality with excellent lift and palate coverage. A hint of fresh wasabi on the finish adds energy and cut. There's real finesse here.
