From two parcels one bordering Meursault the Morey-Blanc 2006 Auxey-Duresses smells of apple pear and a sea-breeze like mineral note that segues into a fine savor on the palate. Refreshing yet abundantly ripe this refined offering deserves for attention to be paid to its nuances but it does not demand it being much too mild-mannered to issue demands!
