The very limited production of the 2006 Chardonnay Cuvee Indigene (545 cases) shows soft full-bodied buttery style with some leesiness puff pastry notes intermixed with tropical fruit and good underlying acidity. It is powerful fleshy and fruit-forward. Drink it over the next 4-5 years.This 121-acre estate with 114 producing acres of vineyard all located in Knight's Valley continues to be at the top of their game and I can't recommend the wines highly enough.
