The grapes are sourced from the lowest-yielding oldest vines in Rias Baixas. The wine is tank-fermented in small vats and aged on fine lees with batonnage. Light gold-colored it offers up a fragrant aromatic array of spring flowers peach citrus and lemon meringue. Crisp focused and intensely flavored it should be consumed now and over the next 3 years

It feels round and full balanced with mouthwatering acidity a combination that will clean up after the most saline sea creatures particularly oysters.

Zesty citrus and green apple flavors are refreshing biting and focused. This dry stony very persistent albarino is uncompromising in structure but packed with fruit too. 91 points

Gorgeous perfume of juicy ripe pear ginger white flowers and quinine the wine is just beginning to show secondary development with a hint of buttered toast and notes of honeycomb. Dry and savory on the palate with piquant flavors of pink grapefruit and fresh thyme this lees-aged albariño has developed amazing texture with bottle age. Still structured the acids have softened some making for a richer albariño drinking experience. While most Americans believe albarino is only to be consumed within the first year or two after bottling I have also had the pleasure of tasting Senorans with a decade of age definitely one of the most revelatory experiences I've ever had with a white wine!
