The 2006 d'Arche has an intriguing bouquet with dried honey, cotton candy, almond and quince aromas that are nicely defined. The palate is fresh on the entry with candied orange peel, fresh pear and quince, nicely balanced with a fresh and energetic finish suggesting that this Sauternes will offer 12-15 years more pleasure.
